~ open sunday through wednesday ~

Highway 101's favorite kitchen.

Run by Kacy and Nate, two best friends who heckle each other like siblings, memorize your name (and your dog's), and run the kind of kitchen people pull off Highway 101 for. Scratch-made breakfast and lunch. Plenty of opinions. Plenty of seats inside and out.

The Spoon — a wooden roadside diner with a giant carved spoon mounted on top, on Highway 101 in Langlois, Oregon.

A note from the kitchen

Run by Kacy & Nate.

They both cook. Both holler. Both know your name by your second visit. Your dog's, too. What you get is the warmest dining room on Highway 101 (and a patio out back): homemade biscuits, Nate's house-brined corned beef, a Wagyu burger worth the drive, and a pancake game that turns quick stops into long meals.

This small, unassuming place is an absolute must-stop if you're anywhere nearby! … The flavors really stand out compared to other places, the cook truly knows his craft.
